Had the double room that I booked online, all set up with everything I needed - drinks, comfy bedroom, you name it! 🛏️

The breakfast was satisfactory, and the views were particularly nice. the hotel is in a fantastic location adjacent to Chinatown, where you can find various cuisines. the building is near a park and the center of shopping at Rundle Mall. the room is new-fashioned, high-class, and beautifully decorated. the bed is good, there's a writing desk, high ceilings, and a hair dryer included.

Warm hearted staff and incredible location close to a tram stop, everything was beautiful. Loved our rooms with bath.

Everything was good, spotless and unique room with a laundry. Could use it's own balcony, coffee and blackout drapes. The location was marvellous and incredible, close to a central square🙂

Spacious, sunny room with a separate bedroom plus amazing amenities. Super convenient location, and the staff here, especially Annie the Porter and the Reception team, are very friendly and helpful! 😊

Excellent presentation like always. Very comfortable, central location, very, very quiet due to good building insulation, walls, quality of door and double windows. No problem with traffic, very pleasant experience, specially that I used courtyard room in the past and having been assigned a street room on this occasion. Very impressed. Disappointed that hotel does not have own parking and requires additional payment. Lucky that on week-end street park restrictions did not apply. Othern than this, very good experience and will continue to use this accommodation on my future stays in Adelaide.

The room was lovely and both the bathroom and room were a good size.

Mini bar prices, but its the same as any hotel you go to.

The rooms were top-notch and extremely pleasant, equipped with a full kitchen and a super king-sized bed. the modern bathroom was a nice touch. Having both a shower and a bath was a bonus. the location was perfectly comfortable, situated at a convenient distance from a colonnaded gallery.

I extended for another night and was charged a higher rate.. However, i must say that I am grateful to the receptionist who gave me a discounted rate for that additional night's stay.. Parking is a bit of a problem as well..

The washing machine leaked and there was a door hiding the washer and dryer from the bathroom. Unfortunately there was no light in this area when you opened the door and it was difficult to read instructions on appliances.

We liked the position of the hotel and the service that we received during our stay.

No bath robes in the room and the lack of catering options available.

Had a great time at this place - the people at the front desk were super nice. the breakfast at the restaurant was top-notch, serving up delicious dishes. the view of the park and city skyline was pretty good too! 🌆

Fairly clean hotel, consistently courteous and pleasant employees at the reception desk. Neat room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Plenty of food at the good breakfast. Great location in beautiful area, right by the Glenelg tram stop and North Terrace and Rundle Mall. Nearby Pizza e Mozzarella Bar - great place to chill out. Smooth check-in, parking onsite. Honestly no complaints.
